The senior executives are seasoned veterans who have been in the property management business for many years with leading companies.
HGMC is a full service management company. The services include property management, property leasing, maintenance, engineering, construction, real estate planning and development. As an exclusive client representative, HGMC acts as an extension of the client's organization and provides comprehensive real estate services to include strategic, financial and market analyses, managing project acquisition, development and completion in addition to interacting with the public and private sectors of government, business and media.
HGMC, as an investment specialist in the real estate industry, provides consulting or advisory services for companies in site evaluation for development. It offers strategic planning, property development, location analysis and redevelopment strategies.
